An urban farm.
A fresh pot of coffee.
A closed loop.
More than a garden.
Not just any coffee co.
An idea about how things ought to work.
The word “pot” holds more meaning than you’d think. It’s where plants start. It’s what you brew your morning coffee in. It’s the vessel you cook with. And to be repotted — moved into something bigger, given fresh soil, the opportunity to grow again — is its own kind of beginning.
That’s what we’ve set out to build. A closed-loop operation where the coffee feeds the garden. The garden feeds the chickens. The chickens feed us. The plants go to market. Everything gets composted in the end.
It’s not a complicated idea, but it’s one that the world could use more of right now.
